If you ask anyone who is the best in the 200 m discipline, few will be wrong. Usain Bolt is the male world record holder who ran 19.19 seconds at the World Championships in Jamaica in 2009. Usain Bolt is a retired sprinter from Jamaica who is also considered one of the greatest ever to run on the track. He is the world record holder in several disciplines, not only in the 200 m but also in the 100 m and in the 4x100 m relay. As an eight-time Olympic gold medalist, Usain is the only sprinter who managed to win the Olympic titles in the 100 m, 200 m, and three Olympic Games. He can boast of two gold medals in the 4x100 relay.

He achieved world fame by winning the sprint double at the 2008 Beijing Olympics, becoming the first person to hold both records since automatic timing became mandatory. Usain won eleven times gold medals at the World Championships in 100 m, 200 m, and 4 x 100 m relay. Furthermore, he is the most successful athlete in the world championships.

It is difficult to list all the achievements of this athlete, but the fact is that nothing is the same as when he retired from the last independent race at 100 m. Then he gave up the race at 200 m and retired injured in the final of the 4x100 m relay.
