And what kind of lunch or dinner would it be without a dessert that becomes even sweeter on the trip? These are some of the most famous desserts in the world - how many have you tried so far?

1. Creme Brulee

A creamy dessert with a crispy crust is similar to pudding. It is made from heavy cream, eggs, sugar, and vanilla, and in French, it literally means "baked cream." This dessert is an indispensable part of French cuisine, and it is quite simple and does not require much chaos in the kitchen, so you can easily recreate it at home.

2. Apple Pie

Although we are familiar with apple pie and it is not a discovery of America. But it was the American apple pie that became the most famous in the world - partly thanks to the movie. The base of the American pie is a crispy dough topped with stuffing and covered with another layer of crispy dough. The most popular filling is made from apples, but it can be made with cherries and pumpkins.

3. Baklava

Baklava is a rich and juicy dessert that originates from Turkey, Greece, and Arab countries. It is a dessert made of jufka, stuffed with nuts and sugar syrup. It is served well soaked and it is good to leave it in a cold place for a day or two.

4. Cremeschnitte

Cremeschnitte is almost always identified with the town of Samobor, but they are present throughout Central and Southeastern Europe in various forms. It is made from puff pastry with beaten egg cream and you will easily recognize it by its similar name in all countries except Poland, where it is called Napoleonka.

5. Schwarzwald Cake

The rich cake, originally from Germany, consists of sweet cream, dark chocolate, and cherries. When you see her, it becomes clear why she has such a dark and powerful name, and when you try her, you will understand why she is sometimes beaten for being the queen of cakes.

6. Cannoli

9. Saffron Ice Cream

We’ve heard of all types of ice cream, but Iranian saffron ice cream sounds especially exotic and tempting. And he seems to conquer the palate with ease. CNN has listed him on the list of the 50 best desserts in the world.

10. Tres Leches
